Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled at least 6 hours in advance are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cancellations within 6 hours forfeit the fee unless the doctor is unavailable.

Shop orders may be returned unopened within 7 days of delivery. Digital products and prescription medicines are non-refundable.

Packages and plans can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if no session has been used.
