Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment you agree to arrive on time, provide accurate information and pay the fees displayed at the time of booking. Unpaid “pay at chamber” slots are released 15 minutes after the appointment time.

Online consultations are for non-emergency conditions. If the doctor determines that a physical examination is required, you will be advised to attend a chamber and the online fee is adjusted against that visit.

Prices, hours and doctors’ availability may change. The version of these terms shown at the time of booking applies to that booking.
