Doctorssass is a hosted software service, so nothing is shipped physically. This policy describes how Doctorssass delivers what you buy and how long each step takes.
Order Confirmation
As soon as your payment is confirmed you receive an email with your invoice. Online payments are confirmed instantly; manual mobile-wallet or bank payments are confirmed within 1 working day of receiving the transaction ID.
Site Set-Up
- Your admin login is emailed within 1 working day of payment confirmation.
- Your branded website with your profile, chambers, services and payment gateway is set up within 3 working days, once you send us the details we ask for.
- Connecting your own domain depends on your registrar's DNS update, usually a few hours and at most 48 hours.
Renewals and Upgrades
A renewal or plan upgrade is applied immediately after the payment is confirmed. Your site keeps running without interruption.
Delays
If we cannot meet these timelines we tell you by email with a new date. If set-up is delayed by more than 7 working days for reasons on our side, you may cancel for a full refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
