This policy explains how Doctorssass handles cancellations and refunds for subscriptions to Doctorssass. All refunds are made in BDT to the original payment method.
Money-Back Period
- If you are not satisfied, you can cancel within 7 days of your first payment and receive a full refund of the subscription fee.
- One-time set-up fees are refundable only if we have not yet started setting up your site.
- Domain registration and SMS credits bought on your behalf are passed on at cost and cannot be refunded once purchased.
After the Money-Back Period
- You may cancel at any time. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed; the unused part of the period is not refunded.
- If we cancel the service for reasons other than a breach of the Terms & Conditions, we refund the unused part of the current period.
- A renewal charged in error, or charged after you cancelled, is refunded in full.
Service Problems
If your site is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours because of a fault on our side, you may claim a credit for the days affected. Credits are applied to the next invoice.
How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, bKash, Nagad, Rocket or other wallet) within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Payments made by bank transfer are refunded to the same bank account. The payment gateway's own processing time may add a few days before the amount appears in your account.

Send your invoice number and the reason for the request to our contact email or phone below. We acknowledge every request within 2 working days.
