These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Doctorssass (https://doctorssass.com) and the subscription services provided by Doctorssass, House 04, Road N/1, Block K Eastern Housing, Pallabi 2nd Phase Mirpur, Dhaka 1216 Bangladesh, Bangladesh (Trade License No. ). By requesting a demo or placing a subscription you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Doctorssass is a hosted software service that gives a doctor or clinic a website, online appointment booking, digital prescriptions, a patient portal and related tools. We set the site up, host it, keep it updated and provide support for as long as the subscription is active.
2. Subscriptions and Payment
- Plans, prices and billing periods are shown in the Pricing section. All prices are in BDT and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A subscription starts when the first payment is confirmed. Recurring plans renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Online payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway; we never store your card or wallet credentials. Manual payments (mobile wallet or bank transfer) are confirmed after we match the transaction ID you enter.
- If a renewal payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the site may be suspended until the balance is paid.
3. Your Responsibilities
You must give accurate business and contact details, hold the professional licences required to practise, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for the content you publish on your site and for the patient data you collect through it.
4. Your Data
Patient records, appointments and other data entered into your site belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On request we provide an export of your data when a subscription ends.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel at any time from your customer account or by contacting us. Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy; activation timelines are in our Delivery Policy.
6. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it; planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers or domain registrars.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform software, design and documentation remain the property of Doctorssass. Your logo, photos and content remain yours.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and any dispute is subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
