Doctorssass (House 04, Road N/1, Block K Eastern Housing, Pallabi 2nd Phase Mirpur, Dhaka 1216 Bangladesh, Bangladesh) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information Doctorssass collects, how it is used and the choices you have. It covers both this sales website and the doctor sites we host for our customers.
Information We Collect
- Account and billing details: your name, clinic name, phone number, email address and billing address.
- Payments: the plan you chose, the amount paid and the payment method used. Card and mobile-wallet credentials are entered on the payment gateway's secure page and never reach our servers.
- Your patients' data: appointments, prescriptions and contact details that your patients enter on your doctor site. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf to run the service.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address and the pages visited, collected through essential cookies and analytics.
How We Use It
- To set up, host and support your doctor site
- To process payments and send invoices and renewal reminders
- To answer demo requests and support questions
- To send product updates and offers, only if you opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every email
- To keep the platform secure and improve it
Sharing
We share information only with the services needed to run the platform: payment gateways, hosting providers, and email and SMS providers. Patient data is never sold or used for advertising. We disclose information when the law requires it.
Storage and Security
Data is stored on secured servers, encrypted in transit, backed up daily and kept for as long as your subscription is active or as record-keeping rules require. Access is limited to staff who need it to support you.
Your Choices
You can update your details from your customer account, unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and ask us to correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to us. When a subscription ends we provide an export of your site's data on request and delete it after 90 days.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms from spam. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. You can disable cookies in your browser; signing in and subscribing require the essential ones.
